Please be advised that orders are subject to availability of the Berlot Lisboa products in stock.Please also be advised that while every effort is taken to try to ensure that the colouring, design and style of Berlot Lisboa products in the photographs displayed on the website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of colour reproduction on your computer equipment. Accordingly, Berlot Lisboa shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations displayed on this website.
Our offers of products and prices are valid as they are on view on the BerlotLisboa.com website, subject to products availability. Exceptionally, errors or amendments could exist, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In case of unavailability of a product after ordering, you will be informed of that by email as soon as possible, and it will be proposed to you either to order another item in substitution or to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.

The prices of products presented in BerlotLisboa.com are in Euro with taxes included (VAT IVA 23%), but do not include Shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
The delivery zone for Berlot Lisboa products order via website is restricted to European Union.
You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure.
Delivery costs depend on the country and delivery service you select:

Non-EU Territories and Non-EU Countries - We do not ship due to the possibility of customs duties at the destination, amounts applied by the local customs to the customer for which we have no indication of value.
For shipments to other destinations you can check the possibility and shipping cost via email to info@berlotlisboa.com.
We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipment method you would have selected in the order summary displayed on the BerlotLisboa.com website before you confirm your order.
This amount will be payable by you in addition to the product price.
The time of delivery is estimated, due to external factors can be extended.
Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding ten (10) business days should be reported to our customer services department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If the products do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them, exchange them or request a refund.
Please contact us by email so we can help you, but know all returns, exchanges or refunds must be according to the following terms and conditions:
- You are entitled to return any product ordered via BerlotLisboa.com website within the thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery.
- If you exchange products, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded.
- However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery. Only one exchange by item will be honoured.
- IIf you ask for a refund, Berlot Lisboa will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of the goods returned by the same payment method.
- Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address: Rua Garrett, 112 a 118 – 1200-205 Lisboa – Portugal.
- In either case (exchange or refund), the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded if you were justified in returning the goods because they were not as ordered (e.g., product reference error, damaged goods, etc.).
- Berlot Lisboa has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned.
- Berlot Lisboa will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return is lost, misdirected or delivered late, insofar as clients are supposed to bear the risks of the shipping they choose.

O Gift Card Berlot só é válido com a apresentação do talão de compra é na compra de produtos da marca Berlot Lisboa comercializados nas lojas Zilian da Av. António Augusto de Aguiar N29D, na Rua Garrett N112 no Chiado e em www.berlotlisboa.com.
Para uso do Gift Card na loja online deverá utilizar o código de desconto no processo de checkout da encomenda.
Os Gift Card físicos Berlot estão disponíveis nos valores de 50€/ 100€ /150€ e podem podem ser utilizados uma ou mais vezes, não podendo originar qualquer contrapartida monetária, ou reembolso em dinheiro ou devolução de troco, até término do saldo. Todos os valores ficarão acumulados na respetiva ficha de cliente.
A preservação do cartão é da responsabilidade do portador, pelo que a Berlot não se responsabiliza em caso de perda ou furto. Em todo o caso poderá contactar a Berlot através do e-mail info@berlotlisboa.com.
Uma vez ultrapassado o prazo de validade do Gift Card, este não poderá ser trocado ou vendido.
Este Gift Card é emitido e distribuído pela marca Berlot que pertence à Zilian Ibérica, Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda, com sede no Av. António Augusto de Aguiar 29-D, 1050-251 Lisboa.
O Gift Card da Berlot é válido por 90 dias a contar da data da sua emissão.
